Hanz de Fuko accepts returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase under the following conditions: Your jar, bottle or closure has been broken or damaged during transit You would like to return or exchange your unopened product(s)* *Applies to unopened, full-size hair care and hair styling products only. Samples, promotional items and clothing may not be returned.

Please email us prior to returning or exchanging your product(s) Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions Hanz de Fuko does not cover return shipping. Customer may select the return shipping method.
